The service

Plainstack FixedSync lets merchants create tag-based pricing rules, preview calculated fixed market prices, apply verified changes, run eligible rules automatically after product changes, review audit history, and restore previous fixed-price state.

Billing and cancellation

Paid access is offered through Shopify App Pricing. The plan price, trial period, billing cycle, and available options shown on Shopify’s hosted pricing page at the time of selection control the subscription. Shopify administers charges and cancellations. Access continues through an applicable trial or paid billing period when Shopify reports an active entitlement, including a subscription scheduled to cancel at the end of that period.

After access ends, new paid actions and Auto Sync are blocked. Existing rules and history remain available only as allowed by the app lifecycle and privacy deletion requirements.

Merchant configuration and review

You are responsible for choosing product tags, target Markets, catalogs, price lists, pricing factors, rounding rules, and whether Auto Sync is enabled. Review each Preview and confirm that the calculated target prices match your commercial intent before Apply. Resolve rule conflicts and items marked as needing attention before relying on subsequent automatic updates.

Pricing factors are not foreign exchange

The app multiplies the Shopify base price by the factor you configure and then applies the selected rounding rule. It does not retrieve, recommend, or automatically update live foreign-exchange rates. You are responsible for reviewing and updating factors when exchange rates, taxes, duties, costs, or pricing strategy change.

Availability and changes

We operate the service with monitoring, durable jobs, verification, and recovery controls, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Shopify API availability, platform limits, network failures, maintenance, and third-party hosting incidents can delay processing. The app fails closed when billing entitlement or required price state cannot be verified.

Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date before they apply to continued public use.

Data handling after uninstall

Uninstall immediately disables rules, Auto Sync, and credentials. Shopify’s authenticated shop/redact event triggers permanent deletion of shop-specific operational and audit data. See the Privacy Policy for the full lifecycle.

The verified support contact and legal operator details will be added before App Store submission. Until those details are published, this document is a review draft and the app will not be submitted for public distribution.
